All sales of packages are FINAL. If artist does not receive what is in purchased package by reason of promoter then artist MUST be provided with an equal opportunity of equivalent value. If artist does not receive what is in purchased package by reason of the artist then artist forfeits what is purchased and will not be refunded or provided an equal opportunity by promoter.
